Everyone’s catching Feedlings!

Feedlings are mental health companions for kids and adults to process emotions, boost motivation, and strengthen relationships.

Your new favorite mindfulness practice

Our Feedlings are created to be paired with the proven practice of writing down (or doodling) what’s in your head to clear out mental mess and make room for more joy.

Rather than boring ol’ long-winded journaling, feeding a cute creature bite-sized notes each day is a way more fun and doable activity for anyone of any age. Your Feedling will help chomp out your stuck emotions, creativity, and energy.

Putting our feelings into words or shapes helps us make sense of our experiences. It grows our self awareness, emotional intelligence, and ability to be present in the moment.

The Feedling practice is great for parents looking to raise their kids into emotionally strong adults, or for adults having to do the parenting on themselves that they didn’t get as a kid.

Whether you think of your brain clutter as a series of browser tabs or a tangled yarn ball.

The Feedlings are hungry!

We love all of our Feedlings, and they all need to be fed. Don’t be mistaken into thinking the Worry Feedling is a something to fear! He simply LOVES the taste of stress, and he needs nourishment just like the happier creatures.

Just as worry is an important survival emotion that helps us stay safe, our Worry Feedling is our helpful companion in taking stresses regularly.

How it works

  • Write down your feelings, thoughts, or ideas

  • Feed it to your Feedling

How it works

Adopt

Select or customize a Feedling with a set intention (Gratitudes, Worries, etc).

📌 Sometimes, customizing a creature makes kids more invested in the practice.

Place

Place your Feedling somewhere visible that makes it easier to remember.

📌 Decide if you’ll write the notes by the creature or bring the notes to it.

Feed

Write or doodle brief notes to feed into your Feedling’s mouth.

📌 Write these notes throughout the day as things come up, so you don’t forget them.

Clean

Clear out a full Feedling tummy by trashing or saving the notes somewhere.

📌 Read through them to remember the journey it’s been.

Who we are

Feedlings is owned by single mother and son duo, Elisabeth and Wolf. The idea sparked when Wolf was experiencing a lot of anxiety when starting Kindergarten. New place, new people, new routine. Elisabeth, an artist and product designer, created two monster boxes to help Wolf release the bad parts of the day and remember the good things that happened. This mindfulness practice helped Wolf overcome the next few years of challenges with health and school. Elisabeth began working in the mental healthcare space, and they had the idea to help more kids and adults by giving them the same practiced that worked for them.

Meet the Feedlings

There’s a Feedling for every fixation. We have a core set of characters that focus on the most popular areas, but Feedlings can be customized in both looks and intention to fit any need.

Brim

Gratitudes, Filled to the brim

Brim is for the good things in your life. Gifts, kind moments, people you appreciate, and anything that made you feel lucky to have it.

Sprig

Ideas, A seedling of potential

Sprig is where new ideas go before they're fully formed. Projects, plans, and "what if" moments live here until you're ready to do something with them.

Snag

Worries, Catching a snag

Snag is for the hard stuff. Fears, struggles, and things that didn't go the way you wanted. Getting them out of your head and into Snag makes them easier to deal with.

Sage

Insights, A wise sage

Sage holds the things that changed how you think. Quotes, lessons, and aha moments that taught you something worth remembering.

Notch

Wins, A notch in your belt

Notch tracks what you've accomplished. Every goal you reached, big or small, belongs here. It's a record of how far you've come.

Tether

Messages, Tethered together

Tether is for words shared between you and other people. Things you said, things others said to you, and any message that felt worth saving.
